Resident Evil 4 Shady Dealer

For the many of you who have played through the amazing Resident Evil 4, you are probably familiar with the shady item dealer and his creepy voice. Well, someone decided to go out and dress like him in public, and the results are pretty goddamn funny. I’m impressed at how spot on the voice is!
