Bicyclist Films Close Calls on the Bike

Check out this bicycling photographer in Milwaukee who attached a camera to his bicycle to capture all the close calls he had with vehicles. The law in Wisconsin states that a driver must leave three feet between his vehicle and a cyclist when passing. This video shows several times when drivers came within those three feet and nearly clipped the bicyclist.
